The Role: We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to help our company deliver value to our customers just in time and with excellent code quality. You will establish ways to complete your tasks with great quality, creating communication channels inside the team and other teams, creating estimations, proper resource and time management. Participation in defining process of milestones for a new project. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, problem-solving skills, and a passion for applying their expertise the best way. Responsabilities: Participate in our SW revolution being part of a growing team Bring your ideas and your experience contributing to making decisions that help improve and evolve our SW Develop new functionalities to meet product team requirements Maintain the current platform so that the customer experience is seamless Requirements: Fluent English Minimum of 3-5 years development experience working with PHP Understanding of MVC structure and development patterns Competent with MySQL-based or Postgre database concepts Experience with cache systems (Redis preferred) Comfort working with containers like Docker, Kubenetes, Swarm? Development experience with API Rest, GraphQL? Ability to work with CI/CD environment Strong collaboration skills. Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to deadlines Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team Ability to "think outside the box" while identifying problems and developing creative solutions Will be a plus if you: Development experience working with NodeJS or Python Bring development experience with GO or Java Knowledge of non-relational databases (e.g MongoDB)
